Decks that abuse the active card draw engines are dominating the current metagame, but there may be answers to be found by peeling back the passive engines

I cant actually think of any other card that allows you to take advantage of this insane consistency, making Robin Hood a hugely advantageous pick right now if you like decks that center around the Shift mechanic.
